Service Description
A focused medical consultation designed for quick check-ups, follow-up discussions, or simple health inquiries. This session allows for efficient communication of results and minor prescriptions.
Cancellation Policy
A $30 deposit will be charged upon booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of a no-show or cancellation. We may also charge a non-attendance fee of 25% of the service fee plus GST if you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice. A non-attendance fee of 50% of the service fee plus GST applies where you do not attend an appointment without notice. In addition, you may no longer qualify for discounts.
